A UKRAINIAN ballet star has been killed on a fight mission after signing as much as combat towards the Russian invasion.
Rosyslav Yanchyshen, 31, died in a mortar assault.
His demise was known as an “unspeakable loss” by the nation’s tradition ministry.
The Odesa Opera soloist signed up as a volunteer with Ukraine’s territorial defence within the first days of the conflict.
Odesa Opera stated: “The artist’s ballet footwear had been changed by military boots, and the music by the sounds of mortar fireplace.”
He had danced with the corporate for ten years.


Its boss, Harry Sevoyan, added: “He was a vivid, proficient, respectable, clever man.”
