Police in Halifax, Nova Scotia say three folks have been stabbed in an incident at a highschool Monday morning.
In an announcement, Halifax Regional Police say three folks have been injured and all have been taken to a hospital for therapy. The extent of their accidents is unknown.
Officers took one individual, a youth who’s a pupil on the college, into custody at roughly 9:31 a.m.
Police proceed to conduct a search of the college in Bedford, Nova Scotia, a suburb of Halifax.
The college has been closed for the rest of the day. Police and faculty board officers are working with college administration to securely launch college students and workers from the property.
The incident comes almost three years after a mass shooting that killed 22 folks, unfolding over the course of 12 hours between April 18 and 19.
Of the 22 folks killed, 13 have been shot and 9 died in home fires, Royal Canadian Mounted Police stated.
